Ike Richman, a longtime Board member of the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia, was honored with PAL’s prestigious Sally Berlin PAL Spotlight Award in 2016.  Richman, who dedicates his time and talent, and expertise to PAL’s Communications Committee year after year, received the award for his history of exemplary dedication to PAL’s mission, and positive promotion of the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia, like Sally did herself, for so many years.
